The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.

No need to print! If you are travelling with a smartphone or a tablet, you can present the voucher on your device for this activity.

Check in 15-30 minutes early at the Classic Harbor Line ticket booth.

Wearing a face mask is OPTIONAL.

Boarding begins promptly 5 minutes prior to departure.

The boat leaves on time and cannot come back to pick you up if you are late.

Exact meeting location details will be provided immediately upon purchase of tickets.

You are welcome to bring your own food or non-alcoholic beverages aboard.

Smoking is not allowed on our boats at any time.

Credit Cards are the only form of payment accepted on your cruise. Please plan accordingly.

For your security, we require you to present a valid photo I.D. matching the name listed on the reservation at check-in.

While there is no dress code, although we recommend you check the weather and dress accordingly.

The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a refund.

Gratuity is not included on tickets. In the case a group is booking 10 tickets or more, a prepaid group gratuity of 10% applies.
